Recent changes to US rules concerning the importation of food products means we’re unable to ship your US-bound gifts on the same day they’re ordered. We do however, make every effort to ensure your gift is on its way the next day. (During the busy holiday season we require extra lead time to ensure the timely arrival of your gifts.) International Deliveries International delivery times and costs vary, please contact us for a custom quote. We use Canada Post's Air Parcel, which takes 6 to 10 business days, or longer. Tracking service is available. A documentation fee of $5 per gift applies to these shipments, to cover required paperwork (International Commercial invoices, Prior Notice forms, Customs Declarations). Using Your Own Courier Account You may choose to have us ship your gift, and have the shipping charges billed directly to your courier account. A $2.50 shipping and handling fee (per gift shipped) applies to all Canadian shipments charged to your courier account. A $5 documentation fee (per gift shipped) applies to all USA and International shipments. Ordering Multiple Baskets You can use our web site to send baskets to multiple recipients at separate locations, all on one order.
