The information below is for non-holiday shipping.

Please note that an additional $3.50 charge will be applied to residential deliveries.
From 3 to 7 business days, depending on distance and US Customs processes.
Delivery confirmation for US shipments will be available for you online.
We’re required to complete additional paperwork to ensure each US gift basket shipment is delivered in a timely manner. Recent changes to US rules concerning the importation of food products means we’re unable to ship your US-bound gifts on the same day they’re ordered. We do however, make every effort to ensure your gift is on its way the next day. (During the busy holiday season we require extra lead time to ensure the timely arrival of your gifts.)
International delivery times and costs vary, please contact us for a custom quote. We use Canada Post's Air Parcel, which takes 6 to 10 business days, or longer. Tracking service is available. A documentation fee of $5 per gift applies to these shipments, to cover required paperwork (International Commercial invoices, Prior Notice forms, Customs Declarations).
You may choose to have us ship your gift, and have the shipping charges billed directly to your courier account. A $2.50 shipping and handling fee (per gift shipped) applies to all Canadian shipments charged to your courier account. A $5 documentation fee (per gift shipped) applies to all USA and International shipments.
To use our web site to send baskets to multiple recipients at separate locations, you can create an account so you don't have to repeat inputting your billing information for multiple orders. Each location will be put through with its own invoice number. For multiple shipments to a single address, contact us for a quotation. You can download our multiple baskets spreadsheet and fax it to us instead of placing the order online - MAF_multiple_address.xls (Microsoft Excel).
Our shipping rates include insurance for the full purchase value, unless you request otherwise. Premiums for insurance over and above the standard values offered by Canada Post and Purolator Courier are quoted as part of our delivery charges.
Redirection Fee
Please ensure you provide complete and current addresses, including phone numbers. If our courier company is unable to deliver to the address you provide, or the package must be re-directed, we’re charged extra. We have no choice but to bill you for the re-direct charges we receive. Your credit card will be charged an additional $12.00 plus HST for each re-direct.
